Upon receipt of your registration information and payment, a letter of confirmation will be sent to you via email.
We understand that sometimes you are unable to attend, in which case we are happy to welcome a substitute delegate. Please let us know in writing within 10 working days prior to the conference to confirm this. Should substitution not be possible:
- Written request received on or before July 21, 2017 will be subject to a deduction of ZAR1,500 or US$100
- Written request received between July 21, 2017 and August 18, 2017 will be subject to a deduction of ZAR3,000 or US$200
- No refund will be made for a cancellation request received after August 18, 2017 or for No Shows.
In the unlikely event that a speaker cancels, every effort will be made to find a replacement speaker of equivalent experience. The organisers reserve the right to make alterations to the conference programme, venue and timings at any time.
